Buying and payment
Buy federal.contractors
Pay by card, or purchase annual monitoring service by invoice and purchase order. This page provides plain technical information and the contact path for vendor setup. The free daily allowances for checks and manual record sealing, and the free three-entity monitoring allowance, are listed on the pricing page.
Card
Self-serve checkout
Monitoring service can be paid by card from the pricing page. Annual service comes first, and a month-to-month alternative is available at the same capacities.

Annual monitoring service
Email the legal organization name, required active-counterparty capacity, billing contact, and purchase order requirements. Provide the service account email separately from the billing contact: that address signs in once at federal.contractors so the paid service has an account to attach to.
Requests are handled manually. Payment terms appear on the issued invoice, and paid monitoring begins after payment or another authorized recorded settlement. A purchase-order request alone does not start paid coverage or supply records from before it. Invoice billing uses the same subscription path as card checkout.

Procurement documents
Request the signed W-9, SAM.gov vendor registration details, remittance address, and standard vendor forms from billing@federal.contractors. Include your vendor portal link or forms when applicable.

Sole-source justification template
Adapt this paragraph to your facts and procurement policy. The buying organization, not federal.contractors, decides whether a sole-source purchase is permitted.
federal.contractors provides scheduled SAM.gov Exclusions checks with a verification record for each check, separate check and source times, recomputable SHA-256 seals, change notices, roster membership history, and period audit packets generated from those records. We need one service to create and retain that dated evidence across our active [subrecipient, vendor, or subcontractor] roster instead of maintaining separate screenshots and spreadsheets. Based on our review, this combined monitoring and sealed-record workflow meets our operational requirement. We request approval for annual monitoring service covering up to [25, 150, or 1,000] active counterparties at [$ amount].
