Service and pricing

Software-delivered daily monitoring against public SAM.gov registration and exclusions data. Each completed check creates a dated verification record. Audit packets, change notices, and exports use the same records. Anyone with a packet link can open it without an account.

One-off exclusion checks and monitoring for three entities remain free. No one reviews your roster by hand. No audit, eligibility, or compliance outcome is promised.

The deliverables

Read a real verification record and a labeled sample audit packet, built from checks on public entities, before you sign up. See a real verification record · See a sample audit packet · download the packet PDF

Paid service

Annual monitoring and verification records

Choose a capacity. Every option includes the same evidence workflow. Pay by card or request an invoice or purchase order for the same annual service.

What can be monitored

Each monitored counterparty is tracked by its Unique Entity ID (UEI). When you import a list, names and CAGE codes are used to resolve that identity, and anything ambiguous waits for your confirmation. A valid UEI does not need a profile in this site's public directory to be monitored. Before buying, sign in free, paste your actual list, and read the import preview: it separates rows that resolve exactly from rows you must confirm and rows that match nothing. The free allowance monitors three entities while you evaluate.

Included at every capacity

  • ·Daily checks against SAM.gov Exclusions
  • ·A sealed verification record for each completed check
  • ·Change notices
  • ·Period audit packets
  • ·CSV and JSON exports and permanent evidence access

Term, renewal, and cancellation

  • ·Annual service is billed once per year. Card billing renews automatically until you cancel.
  • ·Month-to-month service is a separate purchase billed each month, not an installment plan for an annual commitment.
  • ·Cancel any time. Paid service continues through the end of the paid term. Partial periods are not refunded.
  • ·When paid service ends, monitoring continues for up to three entities you select from your roster.
  • ·Sealed verification records and packets already issued remain accessible after service ends.
  • ·Monitoring evidence begins when monitoring starts. A purchase does not supply records from before monitoring began.

If a card payment fails, paid service continues while the payment is retried. See the terms of service for the full billing terms.

Free, ongoing

Monitor three entities free, without a card

Monitoring for up to three entities is an ongoing allowance, not a time-limited trial: daily re-checks run on the same schedule as paid monitoring, and each completed check seals a verification record. No card is required. Manual checks, sealed verification records, and public contractor profiles are also free. Free monitoring issues the same permanent, link-shareable records as paid monitoring.

Manual sealing carries ordinary daily allowances. Without an account you can seal 20 records per day, counted per IP address, so everyone sharing an office or campus connection draws on one pool. Signed in, the allowance is 100 records per day for your account. These allowances are separate from the free-check rate limit, from scheduled monitoring records, which are included in monitoring service, and from prepaid API record credits.

API-created verification records, separate from monitoring

Prepaid API record credits

$50

per pack of 100 record credits

$0.50 per API-created verification record

Your first 50 API-created verification records are free. After that, purchase credit packs upfront to create additional records through the API or MCP. No monitoring subscription is required.

Manage API keys and record balance
  • · Each new API-created record uses one credit
  • · Record retrieval and seal validation are included
  • · Scheduled monitoring records are included in monitoring service and do not consume API credits

Questions

Can I use SAM.gov without this service?

Yes. A free SAM.gov search satisfies 2 CFR 180.300 on its own. You pay for documentation, recurring coverage, and time, never for access to public data.

What is available without charge?

Manual checks, sealed verification records, public contractor profiles, and monitoring for up to three entities are available without a card. The free allowance is ongoing, not a time-limited trial.

What happens to sealed records when monitoring service ends?

Nothing. Sealed verification records remain permanent documents at permanent URLs, and exports and packets keep working after service ends.

What happens to monitoring when paid service ends?

Monitoring continues for up to three entities you select from your roster. If the roster is larger and no selection has been saved, monitoring pauses until you choose up to three. A roster of three or fewer continues automatically. Reactivating paid service at a capacity that covers the retained roster resumes monitoring without backfilling the interruption. Public records created for other accounts do not establish your account's monitoring coverage.

Are scheduled checks billed as API records?

No. Scheduled monitoring records are covered by the monitoring fee. API record pricing applies only to new records created through the API or MCP.

Does anyone review the checks by hand?

No. The service is software. Checks run automatically against public SAM.gov data, and each record states what the source reported. Reviewing potential matches and deciding what to do stays with you.

How can annual service be purchased?

Pay by card from this page, or request an invoice or purchase order by email for the same annual service. Month-to-month card billing is also available.

Annual monitoring service can be paid by invoice or purchase order. The request is handled manually: payment terms appear on the issued invoice, and paid monitoring begins after payment or an authorized recorded settlement. A purchase-order request alone does not start paid coverage or supply records from before it. See Buying for what an invoice request needs.

Every status shown by the service is tied to a source-specific date. Nothing here claims real-time government data.
