Suspension and debarment verification · the compliance file

SAM.gov tells you. federal.contractors proves you asked.

Check a legal name, UEI, or CAGE code against the SAM.gov exclusions list, then save a dated verification record of what the source said and when you asked. Free, no account.

Enter at least three characters. Use a UEI when available to distinguish similarly named entities.

The compliance file

One monitored roster, and a sealed record for every check that ran.

If your current evidence is a screenshot, the compliance file replaces it with dated re-check records and one period packet: vendors, subrecipients, and subs monitored in one place, each checked daily, every check sealed.

01

Import entities

Paste a vendor list or upload a CSV of names, UEIs, and CAGE codes. Identity resolves by UEI, then CAGE, then name candidates you confirm row by row. Ambiguity is never silently resolved.

02

Every entity checked daily

Each monitored entity is checked against the latest successfully validated SAM.gov Exclusions public extract every morning. Every record separates the check time from the source as-of and retrieval times.

03

Changes come to you

When a monitored entity's status changes, the alert lands in your inbox. Once a month, a digest states what was checked and what changed, even when the answer is nothing.

04

The audit packet

One sealed document per period: the monitored entities, every check that ran, the sources each check consulted, and the changes. Rendered as a PDF a person who has never seen this product can read.

What a verification record contains

A verification record is saved evidence, not a badge. It preserves the covered fields of a specific check and a seal that can be recomputed from the canonical payload.

View a real verification record
  • ·Entity legal name and UEI as resolved at check time
  • ·Check timestamp recorded in UTC
  • ·Source artifact, as-of time, retrieval time, digest, and completeness facts
  • ·Identity basis plus matching and normalization versions
  • ·Result, candidate count, and any candidate truncation
  • ·A SHA-256 seal that can be recomputed from the canonical payload
  • ·A permanent URL your auditor can open themselves

Where SAM.gov ends

The check is free. The evidence takes time.

Under 2 CFR 180.300, checking SAM.gov yourself satisfies the federal requirement. We are not selling access to public data. We sell the part that costs you time: permanent verification records that still open three years later, every monitored entity re-checked each morning, and one audit packet per period that collects it all. A screenshot shows a page loaded once. A sealed record documents what the cited data said and when the service ran the check.

The registry

Search U.S. federal contractors and registered vendors.

One canonical page per contractor: UEI, CAGE, SAM registration, exclusion status, federal awards, agencies, and history. Built from public federal sources and free to look up. SAM registration data refreshes daily from SAM's public registration extract, which covers what SAM publishes: some fields and registrations opted out of public search are absent. Federal award data comes from USAspending and carries its own reported dates.

For systems

The same check runs over an API, and with an API key each call seals a permanent verification record. It also speaks MCP, so AI tools can run checks and cite the sealed record. API reference · use it from Claude via MCP
