Counterparty roster

Monitor every subrecipient, subcontractor, and vendor in one place. Adding an entity creates an initial sealed SAM.gov exclusion-check record. Each completed daily registration and exclusions re-check adds another sealed verification record to the archive.

Monitoring for up to three entities is an ongoing free allowance, without a card. Monitoring issues permanent records that anyone with the link can read, including the monitored entity, roster contents, and dated source data. Newly issued audit packets do not name the account; packets already issued keep the identity they sealed at issuance.

   Add entities

   Paste names, UEIs, or CAGE codes from your vendor list. Each entity is monitored by its UEI; names and CAGE codes are resolved to one during import.

   Review matches

   Confirm ambiguous names before monitoring starts.

   Keep records

   Each completed check retains its source, timestamp, and seal.
